Free returns and exchanges

Returning products is no problem at all, provided that the following conditions are observed. Perhaps a product is not quite what you are looking for, or you would rather exchange it for another product. If you want to return the product, you can do so up to 14 days after receipt of your order without giving any reason. 

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and in its original packaging. For returning the order the return costs are free. We will credit the amount within 14 days. You can also use the model form (see end of general terms and conditions).

How can I return ordered products?

Do you want to return a product (free of charge)? Then proceed as follows:

  • Always check that the product is returned to us in its original condition. Protective films and labels must be attached to perfume. If the perfume is returned to us damaged, we will unfortunately charge costs for this. This is therefore different per case. It is also possible that we decide not to accept the product.
  • Within 14 days of receipt you indicate by email that you want to return a product to us, you can do this via customer Please state your order number in the email. After confirmation from our side, you will receive a link by email to the return portal where you can download and print the free shipping label, with which you can deliver and send the shipment at DHL / DPD location. Please note, if you want to send the package insured, these costs are for your own account.
  • After receiving the label, return the product within seven days and inform us of the tracking number of this shipment if you do not use our return sticker. You will receive a proof of delivery, which also states the tracking number.
  • Include your invoice with your return with a clear note stating that it concerns a return shipment. This ensures that the procedure is accelerated.

After we have received and approved the package, we will transfer the purchase amount within 48 hours to the payment method with which the order was placed.

Hopefully you understand these terms. But most of all: know that we always want to help. After the return period has expired, it is no longer possible to return the products. You can, however, claim the guarantee of the product in question. Please contact us so that we can determine the right steps together with you. You can reach us by email at:

I have received a product that is damaged.

All products that are shipped are checked in advance for operation and possible damage. In the unlikely event that you do receive a product that is damaged, please report this to us within 48 hours of receipt. You will then receive a shipping label with which you can return the package free of charge. We will immediately provide a replacement and if not in stock we will provide a suitable solution in consultation with you.
