Yes. We buy only from authorized distributors and trusted partners. Proof of purchase is available on request.
How fast is delivery?
Most orders arrive in 1 to 3 business days from our warehouse. All orders are shipped by UPS, Fedex or DPD.
Do you ship across the EU, are there custom duties to be paid?
We ship to all EU countries directly from our European warehouse. Because shipments stay within the EU single market, there are no customs duties or additional import taxes to pay.
What is your return policy?
You have 90 days to return unused, sealed items. Opened products can’t be resold and aren’t eligible for returns.
